About College

Aalim Muhammed Salegh Polytechnic College is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, and Directorate of Technical Education, Govt. of Tamilnadu vide No. 145 / H4 / 1996 dated 09.07.1996. This was established in the year 1996 with a purpose of affording the opportunity to the young men and women to equip themselves for employment. The job oriented courses at our College are backed up with excellent infrastructural and training facilities. This has enabled students to excel in knowledge and skills required at professional levels.

Alhaj. Dr. S. M. Shaik Nurddin founded the Aalim Muhammed Salegh Trust after his fathers name in the year 1990.Our College object and aims of the society is to promote education of all types and grades among the people of the country in general and in particular among the backward communities with a view to accelerate the liquidation of ignorance, superstition and illiteracy. The term Backward Community mean and include Muslims and all other sections of the Nation who are educationally, socially and economically backward.
