Amar Singh College

Govt. Amar Singh College, Srinagar was established in 1942. The College is affiliated to Punjab University. The College was recognized by UGC in 1972. The College is accredited by NAAC with B++ Grade. This Government-funded college is located in the posh locality of Gogji Bagh, just opposite to the Indoor Stadium, Srinagar. The College campus is spread over an area of 35 acres. The College aims to empower youth through education and to produce human resource from J&K with a quality of mind to carve out a meaningful and purposeful carrier in the service of society and humanity at large. The College has been making efforts to fulfill the goals and objectives through a wide range of curricular and co-curricular activities. The College is offering undergraduate programmes in Arts and Science disciplines. The College has a Boys Hostel accommodating about 60 students.
