Horticultural College and Research Institute for Women is one of the constituent College of Tamil Nadu Agricultural University exclusively for women offering B.Sc. (Horticulture) Degree. As far as Tamil Nadu state is considered, women’s involvement in day to day agriculture is 100 percent across the state. The empowerment of women in horticulture / agriculture is vital for maximizing the productivity.
