About College

Roland Educational and Charitable Trust was founded in 1997 with the prime objective of promoting the cause of Technical Education in the backward regions of South Orissa and around. The Trust established ‘ROLAND INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY’ with the sole purpose of enlisting the services of eminent educationists for advice and guidance to achieve its avowed aim. 

The institute offers programs in such streams which have a high degree of avenues of lucrative placements. RIT is stepping into its tenth year due to its highly qualified, dedicated faculties and staff members under this committed management. A record of 5 batches of students have already passed out and placed in various companies across the country. We offer B.Tech. courses in ECE, EEE, AEIE, Mech, Civil, CSE, IT and Masters degree in MCA.

Roland Institute of Technology is an ISO-9001:2008 Certified Institution, approved by AICTE and recognized by Govt. of Odisha. The Institute is a premier Engineering College in Southern Orissa operating under the auspices of Biju Patnaik University of Technolgy. The Institute runs B.Tech and M.C.A. courses.
