Ramaben Ramadas Rotary School of Nursing known generally as the Rotary School of Nursing is a permanent Vocational Project of the Rotary Club of Madras Southwest in consonance with the service orientation of Rotary International.  This project envisages providing opportunity to eligible girls mostly from the economically weak families to study Nursing and take up the career as Nurses and thereby augment their family income as also serve the community.    This project was started on a small scale in 1989 and got recognized in 1994. 

This Nursing School is conducting three-year Diploma Course followed by six months Internship in General Nursing and Midwifery.  This is not a profit making institution with any commercial outlook.  The Special Fee for the entire three years course collected from the students is very minimal.  The Madras Southwest Rotary Projects Charitable Trust renders full support and substantial financial backing in running this Nursing School.
