Sri Venkateswara Dental College and Hospital

Sri Venkateswara Dental College and Hospital is headed by a renowned dentist, Dr.Lodd Mahendra, M.D.S., M.Orth., RCS (Edinburgh), Orthodontist, as Principal and Dr.V.Rangarajan, M.D.S. (Prosthodontics), Diplomate of ICOI, as Vice Principal. The institution has a team of qualified, experienced and dedicated faculty to train the students.

All the departments in Dentistry are equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and latest equipment. There is a centralized library for all the departments in Dentistry with adequate books, national and international journals in Dentistry and basic medical sciences. Rural dental health programmes are conducted regularly by the institution, which are compulsory for the students to gain clinical experience. Rural areas benefit by the institution's Community Dentistry Programme.
