Central University of Gujarat ( CUG )  Competitive Entrance Exam Application Procedure-2015 :

The Central University of Gujarat (CUG) invites applications from eligible candidates for admission in the different programmes / courses such as M.A., M.Sc., M.L.I.Sc., M.Phil. & Ph.D. Programmes for the Academic year 2015-16. Admission of various courses in Central University of Gujarat is based on Entrance Examination conducted by the University. Interested candidates can apply online in the university website from 25^th May 2015 to 20^th June 2015. The Online Entrance Test will be conducted on 05^th July 2015.

Application Procedure:

Apply Online:

1. Online Applications: Students can fill up the application form online. The online application form is available on the Admissions page of University website: www.cug.ac.in The Last date for submission of online application will be on 20^th June 2015.
2. Prospectus and Application Form: Prospectus for admission to various programmes of study can be downloaded from the University website. Please note that application form is to be submitted online only. The entrance test will also be held online.
3. Note: Candidates need not send the hard copy of filled online application by post

Fee Payment Mode:

The Mode of Payment is online. Candidates should make only online payments through Credit Card or Debit Card or Net Banking for making the payment.

Steps for Filling Online Application:

1. Candidates logon the University Website: www.cug.ac.in
2. Read the Notification and Prospectus carefully before filling the Online Application Form.
3. Select "Online Application Entry" to apply. Fill the details carefully.Fields marked with * indicates mandatory.
4. Select the scanned passport size photograph using "browse" button.
5. Select the scanned signature file using "browse" button.
6. Enter the date of birth carefully in dd/mm/yyyy format.
7. After the photo and signature is displayed on the screen, Click on "Submit"
8. Upon submission, application number will be generated. Note down the application number and date of birth for future correspondence with university.
9. Payment can be made through online payment gateway only.
10. After proceeding to payment gateway, candidate needs to create an account id in payu by clicking on "Create Account"
11. Enter a valid email id and mobile number. Select “I agree to PayUMoney Terms & Conditions” and Click on "Quick Sign up”. Now select Credit Card or Debit Card or Net Banking for making the payment.
12. After the application registration, payment can be made later but before the last date for registration.
13. Applications registered without payment are treated as incomplete and the candidate is not allowed for appearing in the examination.
14. PWD and Kashmiri Migrants are exempted from entrance exam fee but Online Registration is compulsory for all.
