Central University of Gujarat (CUG) Competitive Entrance Examination Selection Procedure-2015:

The Central University of Gujarat (CUG) invites applications from eligible candidates for admission in the different programmes / courses such as M.A., M.Sc., M.L.I.Sc., M.Phil. & Ph.D. Programmes for the Academic year 2015-16. Admission of various courses in Central University of Gujarat is based on Entrance Examination conducted by the University. Interested candidates can apply online in the university website from 25^th May 2015 to 20^th June 2015. The Online Entrance Test will be conducted on 05^th July 2015.

Selection Criteria for Admissions:

1. In case of two-year M.A., M.Sc. and M.LI.Sc. Programmes, candidates will be selected for admission as per the merit list prepared on the basis of entrance test-2015.
2. In case of M.Phil.-Ph.D. programmes, eligible candidates will be selected for admission as per the merit list prepared on the basis of entrance test and interview

Travel Concession:

1. SC / ST and PWD Candidates called for M.Phil.-Ph.D. interviews for admission to various programmes of study will be paid second class rail/bus fare by non-AC, non-deluxe government transport, both ways, by shortest route from the place from where they are called for Interviews i.e. mailing address given in the Application Form, on production of valid train / bus tickets.
