Central University Of Karnataka ( CUK ) Competitive Entrance Examination

The Central University of Karnataka ( CUK ) has been established by an Act of the Parliament ( No. 3 of 2009 ) at Gulbarga, Karnataka. It is one of the 16 new Central Universities established by the Government of India. Central University of Karnataka has been released the Central University of Karnataka UG & PG Admissions 2015- 16 Application Form & Counseling Notification of Various UG Courses B.A, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BCA, B.E / B.Tech, & PG Degree such as M.A, M.Sc, M.Com & MSW Degree, Courses in the academic year-2015-16.

The University hold an All India Entrance Examination to admit candidates to various PG Programs offered by University. The admissions will be offered on the basis of the order of the merit in the entrance examination and as per the reservation.

Central University of Karnataka has been released the Central University of Karnataka PG Admissions 2015- 16 Application Form & Counseling Notification of Various PG Degree such as M.A, M.Sc, M.Com & MSW Degree, Courses in the academic year-2015-16.

Course-Wise Eligibility :

Masters’ Degree Programs - 4 semesters
Program	Minimum Qualification
M.A English	Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Indian or foreign university and secured a minimum of 50% aggregate ( 45% for SC / ST and Kashmiri Migrant Students ) marks and having studied English as an optional subject at undergraduate level and who have secured a minimum of 40% ( 35% for SC / ST and Kashmiri Migrant Students ) marks in the entrance test conducted by the University.
MA Hindi	Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Indian or foreign university and secured a minimum of 50% aggregate ( 45% for SC / ST and Kashmiri Migrant Students ) marks and having studied Hindi as an optional subject at undergraduate level and who have secured a minimum of 40% ( 35% for SC / ST and Kashmiri Migrant Students ) marks in the entrance test conducted by the University
MA Kannada	Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Indian or foreign university and secured a minimum of 50% aggregate ( 45% for SC / ST and Kashmiri Migrant Students ) marks and having studied Kannada as an optional subject at undergraduate level and who have secured a minimum of 40% ( 35% for SC / ST and Kashmiri Migrant Students ) marks in the entrance test conducted by the University
MA Economics	Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized Indian or foreign university and secured a minimum of 50% aggregate ( 45% for SC / ST and Kashmiri Migrant Students ) marks and who have secured a minimum of 40% ( 35% for SC / ST and Kashmiri Migrant Students ) marks in the entrance test conducted by the University
MSW	Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized Indian or foreign university and secured a minimum of 50% aggregate ( 45% for SC / ST and Kashmiri Migrant Students ) marks and who have secured a minimum of 40% ( 35% for SC / ST and Kashmiri Migrant Students ) marks in the entrance test conducted by the University
M Com	Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Business Management/ Business Administration/ Equivalent from a recognized Indian or foreign university with at least 50% marks aggregate 45% for SC / ST and Kashmiri Migrant Students ) and who have secured a minimum of 40% marks ( 35% for SC / ST and Kashmiri Migrant Students ) in the entrance test conducted by the University.
M Sc Psychology	Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized Indian or foreign university and secured a minimum of 50% aggregate ( 45% for SC / ST and Kashmiri Migrant Students ) marks and who have secured a minimum of 40% ( 35% for SC / ST and Kashmiri Migrant Students ) marks in the entrance test conducted by the University
M Sc Physics	B.Sc / B.Sc ( Hons ) degree with Physics as one of the subjects from a UGC recognized University or College or foreign university. With at least 50% marks aggregate ( 45% for SC / ST and Kashmiri Migrant Students) and who have secured a minimum of 40% marks ( 35% for SC / ST and Kashmiri Migrant Students) in the entrance test conducted by the University.
M Sc Chemistry	B.Sc / B.Sc ( Hons ) degree with Chemistry as one of the subjects from a UGC recognized University or College or foreign university. With at least 50% marks aggregate ( 45% for SC / ST and Kashmiri Migrant Students) and who have secured a minimum of 40% marks ( 35% for SC / ST and Kashmiri Migrant Students) in the entrance test conducted by the University.
M.Sc Mathematics	B.Sc / B.Sc (Hons) degree with Mathematics as one of the subjects from a UGC recognized University or College or foreign university. With at least 50% marks aggregate ( 45% for SC / ST and Kashmiri Migrant Students) and who have secured a minimum of 40% marks ( 35% for SC / ST and Kashmiri Migrant Students) in the entrance test conducted by the University.
M Sc Applied Geography & Geoinformatic	Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Indian or foreign university and secured a minimum of 50% aggregate ( 45% for SC / ST and Kashmiri Migrant Students ) marks and having studied Geography / Subjects of Earth Science as an optional / main subject at undergraduate level and who have secured a minimum of 40% ( 35% for SC / ST and Kashmiri Migrant Students ) marks in the entrance test by the University.
M Sc Applied Geology & Geoinformatic	Students who have completed undergraduate education and secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST and Kashmiri Migrant Stu- dents) at undergraduate level from a recognized Indian or foreign university and who have secured a minimum of 40% marks ( 35% for SC / ST and Kashmiri Migrant Students ) in the entrance Test conducted by the University.
