Rayalaseema University Post Graduate Common Entrance Test ( RUPGCET-2015 ) counseling Procedure Details – 2015 :

Admission to a course will be based on RUPGCET-2015 Rank, subject to fulfillment of other eligibility criteria.

The candidate should have passed the qualifying examination with the minimum percentage of marks prescribed those are called for the counselling for admission, failing which the qualified candidate next in Rank will be admitted.

Admissions pertaining to all the colleges will be made through counselling at

Directorate of Admissions,

Rayalaseema University,

Kurnool.

Candidates have to attend the counselling on the date and time at their own expense with the required original documents and fees.

If a candidate fails to attend the counselling on the specified date and time for whatever reason, he / she will forfeit the seat and the candidate next in Rank will be considered for counselling. Any representation for postponement of the date and time or exemption from personal appearance will not be entertained.

Late comers for the counselling on the scheduled date & time will be considered for the available vacancies at that point of time only. If a candidate attends on the subsequent date of the counselling in the same phase, they may be considered on the next day before the counselling for the candidates scheduled for the day.

If a candidate reports after the counselling for the subject in a given phase is over, such a candidate will be considered for admission in the next phase of counselling subject to the availability of vacancy in the subject and category concerned.

Required documents For Counselling :

At the time of counselling, the following original documents should be submitted by the candidate:

• RUPGCET-2015 Rank Card and Hall Ticket

• Marks Statements and Provisional / Degree Certificate of the qualifying examination

• Transfer and Conduct Certificates

• SSC and Intermediate Pass Certificates

• Six Passport size photographs

• Study Certificates from IX class to the qualifying examination

• Caste certificate in original from Tahshildar in case of SC / ST / BC candidates ( Integrated Caste Certificate or Temporary Caste Certificate taken in 2015 )

• Two Income Certificates from Tahshildar obtained in 2015

• Relevant certificate in case of other reservations ( PW / NCC / NSS / Games & Sports / NI )

• Discharge Certificate and Service Certificate of the parent in case of children of Armed Services Personnel

• Residence Certificate of parents for stay in the state of A.P. from Tahshildar in case of candidates who have studied outside A.P. / carried out private study

• Migration certificate ( for other than SVU region candidates ).
