Indian Maritime University Common Entrance Test ( IMU CET ) Engineering Entrance Examination

Indian Maritime University Common Entrance Test (IMU CET 2018) is an all India online common entrance tests managed by the Indian Maritime University. IMU CET is conducted to get admission into undergraduate & postgraduate courses in the area of marine. These programmes are offered by the IMU and its affiliated Institution. IMU CET 2021 Counselling Procedure

IMU CET 2018 Counselling:

  1. The candidates who will be shortlisted (either in 1st or 2nd list) would be called for counselling at the five campuses of IMU.
  2. Counselling would be done in online mode only and candidates would not be required to present themselves for the counselling at some centers.
  3. Seat allotment would be done on the basis of candidate’s performance in the CET exam plus his suitability based on physical, medical and other related standards.
  4. IMU requires eligible candidates to present physical fitness and eyesight fitness certificates to be able to sit for the online counselling.
  5. Indian Maritime University can debar a candidate from sitting for the online counselling if they find the candidate deemed unfit for the same.
  6. Candidates will be required to pay a free of 10,000 to Indian Maritime Institute as counselling fees.
  7. Candidates must note that this fee is non refundable irrespective of the candidate’s admission status.
