The duration of B.E / B. Tech course is four academic years and for Integrated M.E / M. Tech is five years. The academic year for the Course commences in the month of July every year.

Counseling Schedule:

The counseling for Engineering Undergraduate students will be held in the Month of June at Saveetha University, Saveetha Nagar, Thandalam, Chennai – 602 105. The admission will be done purely on marks. Seat allotment will be done based on the rank list subject to fulfillment of the eligibility criteria. The call letter for counseling will be sent to the selected candidates.

The candidate should be present for the counseling at appointed date and time without fail. It is mandatory that the candidate brings the prescribed tuition fee to appear in the counseling. Candidates who are not present for counseling on the specified date and time do not have any rights to claim any seat.

The Candidate should be present for the counseling accompanied by a parent / guardian. The following original documents with three sets of photocopies should be brought at the time of counseling and should be submitted if admitted to the course.

A. Mark list of HSC / 10 +2 or its equivalent.

B. Conduct Certificate from the institution last studied.

C. Transfer Certificate from the institution last studied.

D. Proof of Date of Birth.

E. Community Certificate.

F. Eligibility Certificate from this university

G. Migration Certificate ( if necessary )

H. Certificate of extracurricular activities.

I. Four Passport size and Three Stamp size photographs

J. Nationality Certificate and Copy of Passport and Visa ( Foreign Students only )
