Sathyabama University Entrance Exam

Engineering | SUEE | Eligibility Criteria

SUEE stands for Sathyabama University Entrance Exam. This exam is conducted by Sathyabama University itself in order to help the applicants get admissions to B.E./B.Tech/B.Arch/BDS. The university admits students into Under Graduate Engineering, Technology, Architecture and Dental Surgery programmes based on the All India Entrance Examination conducted by the University every year. Applicants are invited from the eligible candidates as on the last date prescribed for submission of filled in application for admission to the B.E./B.Tech/B.Arch/BDS courses.

SUEE 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility Criteria:

FOR ALL B.E. / B.Tech. PROGRAMMES

A pass in the 10th class or Equivalent Examination with a minimum aggregate of 60%
marks or “6.0” CGPA..

A pass in the 10+2 / HSC / ICSE or equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics
and Chemistry with an average of 60% marks and above (in Mathematics, Physics
and Chemistry).

Candidate opting for these programmes should appear for Mathematics, Physics and
Chemistry in the entrance examination.

FOR B.Tech. - BIOTECHNOLOGY, BIOINFORMATICS AND BIOMEDICAL PROGRAMMES

A pass in the 10th class or Equivalent Examination with a minimum aggregate of 60%
marks or “6.0” CGPA

A pass in the 10+2 / HSC / ICSE or equivalent examination with Biology / Mathematics,
Physics and Chemistry with an average of 60% marks and above (in Biology/Mathematics,
Physics and Chemistry).

Candidate opting for these programmes should appear for Mathematics or Biology,
Physics and Chemistry in the entrance examination.

FOR B.Arch. PROGRAMME

A pass in the 10th class or Equivalent Examination with a minimum aggregate of 60%
marks or “6.0” CGPA

A pass in the 10+2 / HSC / ICSE or equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics
and Chemistry with a minimum average of 60% marks (in Mathematics, Physics and
Chemistry) and a valid NATA marks (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) with an
average of 80 marks out of 200.

Candidate opting for this programme should appear for Mathematics, Physics and
Chemistry in the entrance examination.
