VTU EEE 2021 Counselling Procedure

VTUEEE 2019 counseling process for Phase I and Phase II will be held in the month of May. Only those aspirants who qualify the exam will be called for VTUEEE counseling.

The counseling of VTUEEE 2019 will be conducted in offline mode. This implies that candidates qualified will have to be present in person at the time of VTUEEE 2019 counseling. Candidates will have to carry all the relevant documents in original along with a set of self-attested copies while attending VTUEEE counseling 2019. The authorities will conduct a single window counseling for VTUEEE 2019 and candidates will be invited for the same on the basis of their ranks in the entrance exam. Candidates who have secured higher ranks will be invited first and so on.

Documents required during VTUEEE 2019 Counselling

• Hall Ticket/ Score Card / Call Letter of VTUEEE 2019
• Demand Draft

Documents to be submitted at the time of admission

• Qualifying exam mark sheets
• Class X mark sheet (of all attempts)
• Transfer Certificate / Migration Certificate
• Community Certificate (from candidates belonging to a category other than General)
• Aadhaar Card / Ration Card
• Nativity Certificate (from Jammu and Kashmir and North East state candidates).
• 6 recent Passport size color photos (3.5 x 4.5 cm)
• 2 sets of photocopies of all original documents
• 4 copies of Passport size Photographs of Parent / Guardian (3.5 x 4.5 cm)
• Any declaration or undertaking that may be required at the time of counseling/admission
