UPES Law Studies Aptitude Test ( ULSAT )

UPES Law Studies Aptitude Test( UL SAT ) is conducted by the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies ( UPES ). The grant admission to most deserving candidates in Bachelor of Laws ( B.A.LLB ) and LLB in Corporate Laws, Cyber Laws and Intellectual Property Rights. The students, who have passed or presently appearing in their final year of certificate and degree examination, can also apply to appear in entrance test. Selected applicants have to attend the group discussion and personal interview, for final selection of the candidates.

The College of Legal Studies ( CoLS ) at UPES offers graduate programs for professionals keen to pursue a legal career with a specialization in corporate and energy law in addition to regular legal studies. The program is designed to develop future legal professionals with the acumen to guide clients and corporates through the intricacies of regulatory framework, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and other legalese.

Age Criteria

Only candidates whose date of birth falls on or after October 1, 1993 are eligible to apply for admission. Date of Birth as recorded in the Secondary Education Board only will be taken as authentic.

B. Tech. Energy Technology + LLB ( Hons. ) with specialization in Intellectual Property Rights ( IPR )*

(1) Minimum 50% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (10th & 12th)

(2) Minimum 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics at Senior Secondary level

UPES Engineering Aptitude Test(UPESEAT) followed by Centralized Counseling
