VIT Law School offers 5 year integrated B.A., LL.B ( Hons. ) programme wherein subjects that fall under the domain of Arts and Law subjects are offered to the students. The faculty of Law can never be studied in isolation as Law plays a major role in all the facets of our life. The curriculum of the Arts subjects such as Economics, Sociology, Psychology, Political Science have been designed to have maximum interaction with law which would guide the students in application of law in the real world. Specialised Honours has also been offered so that the student can choose his / her branch and expand her knowledge on the subject.

VIT University Law Entrance Examination Details – 2014

For 5 year integrated BA, LLB ( Hons. )

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum of 60% ( overall ) in Senior Secondary School examination ( +2 ) or equivalent.

For SC / ST candidates: 55% overall.

Candidates should have appeared in LSAT or CLAT examinations.

Age limit:

The candidate should not be above the age of 20 years as on 01/07/2014

Selection procedure

Selection process will be on basis of merit.

Students will be screened based on CLAT / LSAT scores they have obtained.

The candidates who are shortlisted shall be called for group discussion and an interview which shall be conducted by a Board constituted for the same.

Fees Structure

Onetime payment of Admission fees Rs. 2000 /- and

Caution deposit ( Refundable ) Rs. 1000 / - will be extra.

Waiver of the tuition fee for the first 100 CLAT rank holders ( Max 10 candidates )
