Army Institute Of Management & Technology (AIMT) was established by the Army Welfare Education Society (AWES) in 2004 in the emerging futuristic hi tech city of Greater Noida. The Institute is located in Greater Noida, which is a part of the National Capital Region (NCR). AWES has so far established 130 Army Schools and 12 professional colleges. Army Institute of Management & Technology ( AIMT ) is inviting Applications to the Admission of MBA Two year full time courses for the year 2015. Admissions are purely based on the Valid CAT score 2014. The Admission to the AWES College is for the children of eligible serving Army personnel, Ex Army Personnel and War widows of the Army. The children of the all categories of Army personnel are eligible and they are required to submit the relevant certificates. Those who are seeking Admission are required to obtain both IIM CAT bulletin with Application form and Information brochure / Prospectus of the Institute. Applying candidates must undergo Group Discussion ( GD ) and Personal Interview ( PI ). Admission Procedure for Army Institute of Management & Technology ( AIMT ) MBA Entrance Exam-2015

Admission of the AIMT for MBA program is purely based on the Valid CAT score 2014.

It is responsibility of the candidate to ascertain whether they possess the requisite qualification for admission.

Having been called for written test or counseling does not necessarily mean acceptance of eligibility

Final eligibility for the admission will be decided by AIMT at the time of counseling and also later during the scrutiny of papers by the university.

If a candidate is found to be ineligible at any time before or after the commencement of course, the institute reserves the right to cancel his / her candidature without any refund of the fees / charges paid.

Written Test and Selection Process:

All candidates are required to appear in Common Admission Test ( CAT ) conducted by Indian Institutes of Management ( IIM ) on 16^th and 22^nd November 2104.

Those who are seeking Admission are required to obtain both IIM CAT bulletin with Application form and Information brochure / Prospectus of the Institute.

Those are to be submitted before the scheduled Cut-Off dates.

Shortlisting of Candidates for Group Discussion and Personal Interview:

Results of CAT exam will be communicated by the students to the institute from 30^th Jan 2015 onwards through E-mail / post.

The Institute will also access the result from IIM’s websites. Based on the marks of CAT, candidates will be shortlisted for Group Discussion ( GD ) and Personal Interview ( PI )

The list of short listed candidates will be available before 2^nd March 2015. Short listed candidates for GD & PI will be informed by post and the list also displayed on the official website.

The GD & PI will be scheduled between 9^th to 13^th march 2105

The Final Merit list will be declared by 15^th May 2015. The same will also be available at the office of Register AIMT and on the Institute website.

Final Merit list will be prepared on the basis of CAT scores and GD & PI.

CAT score: 50%

GD & PI: 50%

Case of Equal marks:

In case of equal marks in the final merit, the preference will be decided as follows:

Aggregate marks of 10+2 Exam

If these are same, then

Date of birth. Preference will be given to the younger candidate.
