Selection Procedure for Faculty of Management Studies ( FMS ) MBA Entrance Examination – 2015

Faculty of Management Studies ( FMS ) MBA – 2015 Admission will be purely based on the CAT-2014 score.

Admission to two year full time MBA programme will be based on Extempore Speech, Personal Interview and CAT-2014 ( Common Admission Test conducted by Indian Institutes of Management on November 16, 2014 and November 22, 2014 ) score. Applicants who have not taken CAT-2014 will not be considered for admission.

Admission to two year evening MBA Executive and MBA Executive ( Health Care Administration ) Programmes will be based on Academic: Graduation Marks, Executive Experience, Writing Ability Test ( WAT ) and Personal Interview.

The Candidates will be required to produce their original certificates and mark sheets at the time of interview.

The final list of candidates selected will be declared after completing the process for all candidates.

Candidates applying for admission to the MBA programme must have pursued at least a Bachelor's Degree programme after twelve years of formal schooling with at least 50% marks at the graduation level ( SC / ST: Passing Marks; OBC / PWD / CW: 45% as per the University rules ) or equivalent CGPA.

Candidates appearing for the final year examination of Bachelor's Degree may also apply.

Candidates appearing in the final year examination of Bachelor's Degree are eligible to apply for admission irrespective of their percentage of scores obtained till the time of application, provided that they expect to fulfill the eligibility criteria when their results are declared and which must be submitted to the FMS office at the time of admission to the programme.

For Doctoral Programmes ( Ph.D. ):

Applications for admission to the programme are invited through advertisements in major national newspapers every year.

Applicants can register themselves for admission to Ph.D. Programme through FMS official website by filling up online registration form and by paying the requisite registration fee of Rs.1000/-, between October 8, 2014 and November 10, 2014.

Candidates ( except those exempted from admission test ) seeking admission to the doctoral programme, are required to take the Common Admission Test ( CAT )-2014 to be conducted by Indian Institutes of Management on November 16, 2014 and November 22, 2014.

Short listed candidates will thereafter be required to submit the registration form to the Board of Research Studies ( Management ) at the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, latest by January 12, 2015.
