Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya was founded on March 4, 1902 by Swami Shraddhanandaji with the sole aim to revive the ancient Indian Gurukula System of education, on the bank of Ganges at a distance of about 6 km. from Hardwar and about 200 km. from Delhi. This institution was established with the objective of providing an indigenous alternative to Lord Macaulay’s education policy by imparting education in the areas of vedic literature, Indian philosophy, Indian culture, modern sciences and research.It is a deemed to be university fully funded by UGC / Govt. of India.Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar has invited applications for admission to vacant seats in following MBA Courses of Academic Year 2015-16. Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya ( GKU ) , Haridwar Faculty Of Management Studies ( FMS ) MBA Entrance Examination Reservation of Seats– 2015

The reservation of seats will be basis of the following

OBC : 27%

SC : 15%

ST: 7.5%

PWD ( Person with Disabilities ) : 3%

Staff Ward ( GKV ) : 20% of the seats filled on the basis of CAT / MAT / CMAT Examination

Note-

1. For O.B.C. Category, Caste Certificate issued by the Govt. of India will be accepted only.

2. Reservation category OBC, PWD, Staff Ward seats, if vacant, may be filled amongst general category candidates.

Reservation for Other Backward Class ( OBC ) category shall be given as per The Central Educational Institution ( Reservation in Admission ) Act, 2006 No. 5 of 2007.

The OBCs who are eligible for availing the benefits of reservation should be from the central list of socially and educationally backward
