Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya was founded on March 4, 1902 by Swami Shraddhanandaji with the sole aim to revive the ancient Indian Gurukula System of education, on the bank of Ganges at a distance of about 6 km. from Hardwar and about 200 km. from Delhi. This institution was established with the objective of providing an indigenous alternative to Lord Macaulay’s education policy by imparting education in the areas of vedic literature, Indian philosophy, Indian culture, modern sciences and research.It is a deemed to be university fully funded by UGC / Govt. of India.Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar has invited applications for admission to vacant seats in following MBA Courses of Academic Year 2015-16. Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya ( GKU ) , Haridwar Faculty Of Management Studies ( FMS ) MBA Entrance Examination Counselling – 2015

Admission to various courses shall be given in order of merit through counseling. Candidates have to come for counseling in order of their merit on the specific day and time along with entire fee of the course.

Counseling shall be continued on the next day if it does not complete within specified time. Candidates are supposed to arrange their boarding and lodging themselves.

Candidates in the merit list have to come for counseling along with the following documents:

Admit card of CAT / MAT / CMAT Examination

Score card of CAT / MAT / CMAT Examination

Attested copy of High School Certificate

Attested copy of High School Marksheet

Attested copy of Intermediate Certificate

Attested copy of Intermediate Marksheet

Attested copies of marksheets of all years of Graduation

Character certificate ( original copy )

Migration certificate ( original copy )

Reservation category certificate ( attested copy )

Six passport size photographs

If there is gap between the passing year of last examination and the admission, the candidate shall have to submit an affidavit by notary on the prescribed format

Original copy of all the above certificates / documents ( for verification ) Candidates will have to deposit a demand draft of Rs. 5000/- as counseling fee in favour of Registrar, Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya payable at Haridwar at the time of counseling.

Fee should be deposited immediately after the admission granted at the time of counseling. Counseling fee shall be adjusted in the admission fee therein. If candidate fails to deposit the fee at the time of admision, his / her admission shall be treated as cancelled and the counseling fee will not be refunded.

Counseling fee shall be refunded to those candidates who are not granted admission. In case seats remain vacant
