JSS University 2021 Counselling -cum- Admission Procedure

JSS MBA- Hospital Administration Entrance Examination Counselling Procedure– 2015:

Jagadguru Sri Shivarathreeshwara ( JSS ) University has invited applications for admissions to Masters in Business Administration ( MBA ) programme in Hospital Administration for the Academic session 2015-16. Eligible Candidates who are graduates from a recognized University may apply for MBA entrance exam-2015.

The Last Date for Submission of Applications Form for Entrance Test is 27^th July 2015. Written Entrance Test for MBA Admission will be notified in the website. The list of the selected candidates will be prepared based on Entrance Test conducted by the Department.

Counselling Procedure:

1. Counselling Held Place: The admission entrance test and counseling sessions will be conducted at JSS University, JSS Medical Institutions Campus, Sri Shivarathreeshwara Nagar, Mysore – 570 015, Karnataka as announced on our website. Failure to report on the scheduled date and time will result in instantaneous cancellation of claim of the candidate to the seat.
2. The candidate should remain present for the admission entrance test and counseling and for on-the-spot-admission, as per the schedule displayed on Website, even though he / she fail to receive any information letter, for any reason from the University.
3. The candidate must note that appearance for the examination and inclusion of name in the Merit List does not necessarily mean that he / she will get admission to the course. His / her admission to MBA in Hospital administration course will depend upon the availability of seats at the time of counseling.

Required Documents For Counselling:

At the time of reporting for the counseling, the candidate is required to produce the documents ( original and two sets of photocopies ) mentioned below.

1. S.S.L.C./ Equivalent examination marks card.
2. P.U.C./ Equivalent examination marks card.
3. Graduation marks cards ( each year / semester )
4. Post graduate marks cards  ( if applicable )
5. Migration Certificate
6. Experience Certificate ( if applicable )
7. Photo identity ( e.g. passport/voters card/pan card/driving license )
8. Foreign nationals seeking admission should obtain eligibility certificate issued by JSS University
9. Three passport size photographs of which one to be affix to the application form in space provided

Note:

1. If the candidate is admitted to MBA in Hospital administration course, these documents will be retained by the University till he / she completes the course.
2. If the candidate fails to produce all or any of the documents listed above he / she will instantaneously forfeit his / her claim for a seat.

In order to provide timely information to the candidates about their applications, or the entrance test, or the results thereof, JSS University has made the following arrangements:

1. The Help desk telephone number is 0821-2548400. The Help desk is operational from 10:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm on Saturdays. The Help desk is not operational on Sundays and other public holidays.
