Open Management Admission Test ( OPENMAT )

Open Management Admission Test ( OPENMAT ) is a common entrance test conducted by Indira Gandhi National Open University ( IGNOU ) for admission to its Management Programmes. OPENMAT examination is held twice a year usually in the month of February and August. Indira Gandhi National Open University ( IGNOU ) under its School of Management Studies (SOMS ) every year holds an all-India entrance test ( OPENMAT ) for admission into its various distance-learning management programmes. In terms of the spread and enrolment, the IGNOU Management Programme is one of the leading Management Programmes in the world.

Indira Gandhi National Open University ( IGNOU ) OPENMAT MBA Entrance Exam Details - 2015

Indira Gandhi National Open University invites applications from eligible candidates for admission to the following MBA and PGDM Programs through OPENMAT 2015 Entrance Test.

Programmes offered:

Master of Business Administration ( MBA )

Diploma in Management ( DIM )

Post Graduate Diploma in Management ( PGDIM )

Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management ( PGDHRM )

Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management ( PGDFM )

Post Graduate Diploma in Operations Management ( PGDOM )

Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management ( PGDMM )

Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Markets Practice ( PGDFMP )

All the above programmes have multi-media design, and technology aided delivery systems. These are offered through countrywide network of study centres.

The University will be admitting the students for the above Degree / Diplomas in Management starting from July 2015 through an Entrance Test "OPENMAT-XXXVII" to be held on Sunday 15th February 2015 all over the country

Reservation of seats:

Reservation The University provides for reservation of seats for Scheduled Castes ( SC ), Scheduled Tribes ( ST ), OBC and Physically Handicapped ( PH ) learners as per the Govt. of India rules There would be some relaxation in qualifying standards for SC / ST categories and female candidates.

Application form and prospectus can also be downloaded from the website www.ignou.ac.in and sent along with a DD / IPO for Rs.1050/- for Management Programme favour of IGNOU payable at New Delhi by Registered / Speed Post
