VMU AICEE MBA Entrance Examination

The VMU ( Vinayaka Missions University ) will be announcing the admissions for the present session i.e. 2014-15. The university announces admissions for its various courses through an entrance exam also called as the All India Common Entrance Exam ( AICEE ) held usually in the months of May / June for all the candidates.

VMU, through its Faculty of Management Studies in Vinayaka Missionâ€›s Kirupananda Variyar Engineering College ( VMKVEC ) in Salem and the Faculty of Management Studies in Aarupadai Veedu Institute of Technology ( AVIT ) in Chennai formerly known as the Aarupadai Veedu Institute of Management Studies, offers the MBA in General Management program with the functional specialization electives of Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Systems and Environment in the Salem campus and Marketing, Finance and Human Resources in the Chennai campus. Apart from these functional specializations, students can also opt for industry specializations such as MBA in Hospital Administration and MBA in Airport & Airlines Management in the Salem campus. VMU also has the MBA International Program at the Vinayaka Centennial Canadian Business School, Chennai which is a twinning MBA program with the Centennial College, Toronto, Canada.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidate should pass in any recognized Bachelor Degree program.

Final Year Examination in March / April 2014 can also apply.

Counseling Details:

VMU AICEE MBA 2014 Counseling for admission will be done during May / June 2014.

VMU Counseling Call Letter will be sent to the eligible candidates after the publication of the rank list.

Candidate must be physically present for counseling. Parent / Guardian should accompany the candidate.

At the time of VMU MBA Counseling the candidates shall produce the following in original. If the originals are not produced, the candidate will not be permitted to attend the counseling.

When a candidate accepts the seat allotment, his / her original certificates will be retained by the Vinayaka Mission University, for a period decided by the competent authority.

Each candidate has to pay Rs. 20000/- by Demand Draft as part of tuition fees during counseling seat allotment time.

Candidates are required to pay balance fees and complete all other formalities within the time limit prescribed in the provisional admission order. If a candidate fails to remit the fees on or before the stipulated date, his / her admission will get automatically cancelled without any notice.
