Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya (GKV) Entrance Exam

Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya ( GKV ) Entrance Exam was conducted by Gurukul Kangri University Gurukul Kangri University.

Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya was founded on March 4, 1902 by Swami Shraddhanandaji with the sole aim to revive the ancient Indian Gurukula System of education, on the bank of Ganges at a distance of about 6 km. from Hardwar and about 200 km. from Delhi. This institution was established with the objective of providing an indigenous alternative to Lord Macaulay’s education policy by imparting education in the areas of vedic literature, Indian philosophy, Indian culture, modern sciences and research.It is a deemed to be university fully funded by UGC / Govt. of India.Arya Samaj has been advocating women’s education since the day it was founded.

As part of its policies for the up-liftment of women in the country, Kanya Gurukula Campus, Dehradun was established in 1922 by Acharya Ramdevji as a second campus of women’s education. To give real shape to the dreams of Swami Shraddhanandaji, Kanya Gurukula Campus, Hardwar was established in 1993.

GKV 2021 Application Procedure

Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya ( GKV ) MCA Entrance Examination Application Procedure-2014

Application form and Information Brochure for entrance examination can be obtained from the office of Registrar, Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar by paying Rs. 600/- in cash or by sending a demand draft of Rs. 650/- to the Registrar, Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar. The demand draft should be in favour of"Registrar,Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya'' payable at Haridwar.

The candidates appearing in the final year of qualifying examination ( except N.R.I. / Sponsored / N.R.I. Sponsored / Foreign candidates) are also eligible to apply. Such candidates will have to submit compulsorily their complete final result of qualifying examination Upto 15 October 2014, failing which their admission shall be treated as cancelled.

Filled in application form for entrance examination may be submitted to the office of Registrar, Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar. Candidate may also download application form from Vishwavidyalaya website & submit completely filled in application along with demand draft of Rs. 600/-

Note:-

1. No examination fee shall be paid by the candidate while submitting application form. However, downloaded application from website will only be accepted along with requisite fee ( Rs. 600/-) .

2. Write the name of the course applied on the top of the envelop and your name and course on the back of the demand draft while demanding application form.

3. Sponsored / N.R.I./ N.R.I. Sponsored / Foreign candidates will have to submit compulsorily the complete result of the qualifying examination along with application form.
