D.Y.Patil University All India Entrance Test ( AIET ) For Medical Entrance Examination Application Procedure – 2015

Candidates are advised to retain with them a print out of the application form Candidates can take a print out of the form from our web site by entering trans-action id number and date of birth.

Type in capital letters only and tick the appropriate boxes.

Select option for the Test Centre city carefully.

Ensure that the candidate’s name and date of birth are the same as those mentioned in their High School or Board certificates.

Fill the application form completely. Incomplete application forms will be rejected .

Application Form after submission cannot be edited or altered therefore check all the fields and then press submit

Application Fees :

The fee for the Entrance Test is Rs. 2,500/-. The fee is payable by Cash / demand draft drawn in favour of “D. Y. Patil University, Navi Mumbai”, on a Nationalized / Scheduled Bank, payable at Navi Mumbai.

The candidates should write their full name, address and transaction ID number on the reverse side of the demand draft.

The Last date of registration is 5th May 2015. up to 5.00 PM IST

Application forms with Late fees of Rs.500/- will be accepted on or before 8th May 2015. up to 5.00 PM IST

Applicant can pay registration fees by CASH , Demand Draft OR On line via Credit Card, Debit card , Internet Banking , Cash card, Mobile Payment options

It will be the responsibility of the candidate to ensure that his / her demand draft for fee reaches the office of the All India Entrance Test Administration Cell within the specified time and date.

Mode of Pay :

The candidates will have to bring a demand draft of 1^ST Year fee ( Tuition & Development ) drawn in favor of D.Y.Patil University, payable at Navi Mumbai while reporting for counseling. Failing which the admission offered to them will be treated as cancelled.

The requests for extension of time limit for payment or to accept partial payment will not be entertained

The tuition fees shall include all other fees except enrollment, eligibility, development and university examination fees which shall be charged separately as decided by the University from time to time.

Refund Rules :

As the cutoff date of admitting the students is 30th September prescribed by the MCI, DCI and other statutory bodies, the candidate who has to cancel / withdraw his admission before

25th September is eligible for full refund of fees. Only Rs. 100/ - will be charged for documentation purposes.

The admission cancelled / withdrawn by the candidate after 25th September will not be entitled for any refund. The fees will be refunded on or after 5th October 2015
