AMHMCM 2021 Application Procedure

Application Procedure for Association of Management of Homoeopathic Medical Colleges of Maharashtra ( AMHMCM  )- 2013 :

Prescribed application forms can be obtained from the Notified Centers (Annexure- B) against DD drawn on the Nationalized Bank in favor of AMHMCM payable at Mumbai of Rs. 500/- (Rs. Five Hundred Only) between 10 am to 4:30 pm.

Application forms will also be available from Association's office by post with an additional DD of Rs. 200/- for postal charges.

The Application Form must be filled by the candidate in his/her own handwriting using black ballpoint pen. The application form complete in all respect shall be submitted directly to the office of AMHMCM, Mumbai either in person or by Post or Courier. The filled in application is to be duly returned along with DD in favor of AMHMCM payable at Mumbai for Rs.2,000/-(Rs. Two thousand only.)

Application Form should be submitted by Post and must be accompanied by a self addressed and stamped envelope along with Receipt-cum-Identity Card  for acknowledgement.

Incomplete application forms will be rejected.

The official at the AMHMCM office/notified centers office while accepting the application form shall issue the Receipt-cum-Identity Card attesting the photograph of the candidate with signature and stamp.

Candidate will receive the Admit Card by Post by 19/03/13. In case the candidate does not receive Admit Card by 19/03/13 he/she should approach the Association Office for further instructions. admit card also available on our Website : www.amhmcm.org

The candidate is required to preserve the Receipt-Cum-Identity Card and Admit Card for all future reference & correspondence.

The candidate shall submit one and only one application form. In case candidate submits more than one application form, he/she shall be disqualified for appearing for AssoPGH-CET-2013.

In case of loss of admit card by the candidate, it shall be obligatory on the part of candidate to procure duplicate Admit card from the office of the Centre In-charge not later than one Hour before the commencement of examination on production of receipt cum identity card and sufficient evidence to prove that he/ she is the genuine candidate.(e.g. driving license/ college id/ election card etc.) or also he/she can produce the copy of admit card which is available on Website : www.amhmcm.org.

The Association will not be responsible for Postal delays.

Roll Nos. and admit card will be displayed on the website by 23/3/2013.
