Chettinad University Medical Entrance Examination Application Procedure – 2015:

For MBBS course

Online :

Candidates can  download application form  from the university's website.Candidates fill the application form and  a demand draft for 1000/- ( Rupees One thousand only ) drawn in favour of Chettinad Academy of Research and Education payable at Chennai to be enclosed with the application form by post.

Offline :

Application forms can be obtained from the office of the Registrar, Chettinad Academy of Research and Education on payment of ( Rs. 1000/-( Rupees One thousand only ).

Application Fees:

Application fees for Chettinad University MBBS Course Medical Entrance Exam is Rs.1000/.

Application Sending Address :

The filled application form and all specified documents to be enclosed and send the application by post to the following address.Last date for receipt of Filled in application Form for Entrance Exam: 20.04.2015 ( Monday )

1. If the application form is downloaded from the university's website a demand draft for 1000/- ( Rupees One thousand only ) drawn in favour of Chettinad Academy of Research and Education payable at Chennai to be enclosed.
2. Application forms should be filled in carefully and legibly by the candidate in his / her own handwriting.
3. Furnishing of false information or suppression of material information in the form will make the application treated as cancelled.
4. The University reserves the right to change any of the conditions enumerated periodically or for the purpose of complying with any of the regulations of the Statutory Councils.
5. Applications with incomplete or insufficient particulars or without enclosures or those received after the last date will be rejected without any intimation to the candidates.
6. The institute shall not be held responsible for any postal delay, loss in transit or for incorrect address given by the candidates.
7. Photo copy of the 10^th standard Mark statement ( self attested ) should be enclosed along with the application form for Entrance Examination
8. Photograph:Two identical and recently taken passport size color photographs are required. Candidates should affix the photograph in the space provided both in the application form and hall ticket with signature on the photographs.
