The admission committee of the Christian Medical College, Ludhiana will be releasing the online application forms tentatively in the 2nd week of June, 2017. CMC Ludhiana conducts MBBS Entrance Examination. The Test is also known as UG AWT. UG AWT stands for Under-Graduate Admission Written Test. CMC Ludhiana MBBS 2017 Medical Entrance Exam is a national level exam held for the students who wants to take admission into under-graduate health science courses like M.B.B.S., B.D.S., B.Sc., Nursing and Bachelor of Physiotherapy in CMC Ludhiana. Candidates are admitted to these institutions on the basis of merit list obtained in UG-AWT exam held by the CMC Ludhiana. All applicants will be required to fill the online application form and submit it till the 1st week of July, 2017. Counselling of all qualified applicants will be done by the admission committee for admissions. The counselling sessions will be held tentatively in the 5th week of July, 2017. All applicants will have to report for counselling to be allocated medical seats in the institute.

The steps given below can be followed by the applicants for filling in the CMC Ludhiana PG Medical 2017 Application Form.

Step 1 – Registration

Before filling in the application form, the applicants will have to register themselves online.

New users will have to register themselves by using their registered mobile number and email ID.
The User ID and Password of the applicant will be sent to the applicant in their registered mobile number and email address.
Login using the given user id and password to fill in the application form.

Step 2 – Filling the Online Application Form

Applicants will have to fill in all the fields of information needed. No relevant information should be left out. All information provided has to be valid and corresponding to the documents possessed by the applicant.

Personal Details: The applicant will have to fill in their personal details in the application form. Name of the applicant, name of the parents, date of birth, mobile number, religion, gender, category, state of domicile, contact address and more has to be provided by the applicant.
Academic Details: Information regarding the applicant’s category, internship completion date, service obligation and more will have to be entered along with selecting whether the applicants is a CMC Ludhiana graduate or not.
Qualifying examination: While filling in the application form, the applicant will be required to fill in the details their professional MBBS examination marks for the four years.

Step 3 – Uploading of Documents

After filling up the application form, the applicants will have to upload the necessary documents. Photograph and signature of the applicant according to the specifications mentioned above has to be submitted. The applications which do not comply with the mentioned specifications will be rejected.

Step 4 – Payment of Fees

Payment of application fees will have to be done by the applicant. Fees can be paid only via online mode i.e., net banking/credit card/debit card. No other mode of payment will be accepted. The application fee will not be refunded. The transaction id is to be noted for future reference.

Step 5 – Online Submission of Application Form

After completing the payment of application fee, the applicants can preview the form to check for any mistakes. After checking, the applicants can submit the application form. A print-out of the application form is to be taken by the applicant for the offline submission.

Step 6 – Offline Submission of Application Form

Along with the online submission of the application form, the applicants will also have to submit the print-out of the application form along with some other photocopies of documents to “The Office of the Registrar, Christian Medical College, Ludhiana” by January 28, 2017.
