COMEDK UGET 2021 Exam Pattern and Syllabus

COMEDK UGET Entrance Examination Pattern Details- 2015 :

Candidates who are seeking admission in to medical and dental courses, exam will be conducted in two papers i.e physics and chemistry in one paper in duartion of 2 hours, Biology and English in another paper for duration of 2 hours.

For Medical / Dental and Engineering courses ( Both ): For this course exam will be conducted in two papers i.e physics mathematics and chemistry in one paper in duration of 3 hours, Biology and English in another paper for duration of 2 hours.

Note:

Candidates seeking admission for Medical / Dental courses will have to satisfy the eligibility norms prescribed by MCI / DCI, besides eligibility in English viz.50% securing for General Merit candidates, 40% for SC, ST and OBC candidates of Karnataka is mandatory for allocation of Rank. However only scores in Physics, Chemistry and Biology of the Entrance Test will be the basis for Ranking.

COMEDK UGET- 2015 Exam Scheme:

COMEDK UGET- 2015 Entrance Test is mandatory for all candidates seeking admissions to MBBS / BDS / B.E. courses in Member Institutions of COMEDK. A merit / rank list is generated based on the candidate’s scores in entrance test only.

Exam Schedule:

1. Duration of the exam – 180 minutes.

2. Questions would be formed from- Chemistry, Physics and Math from syllabus of class- X to Class- XII.

3. 1 mark shall be given for correct answer.

4. No negative marking.

5. Type of questions – multiple choices.

6. If there’s a tie, candidate with lesser negative response will be ranked higher.

7. Candidates are required to mark their answers on an OMR Answer sheet ( Optical Mark Reader ).

8. No Mark’s will be awarded for multiple marking ( marking multiple responses ) of any question.

9. There will be no negative marking.

COMEDK UGET- 2015 Tie-Resolution

Final rank will be allotted as per the number of wrong and unattended answers, if there is a tie between two or more candidates.
