Online Application form Procedure for COMDK UGET Medical Entrance Examination - 2015

COMEDK- 2015 Application Form must be filled by the candidate to apply for the COMEDK exam for getting admission into the engineering undergrad courses in the state of Karnataka. The form will be release around mid week of March 2015. All the candidates who satisfy the eligibility criteria can proceed to fill the form to appear for the exam.

The form would be available only in online mode and no physical sale of forms would be set up. To apply, visit the official website of COMEDK and enter all the details. Only correct and complete information must be supplied in the fields. On completion of the form submission, candidate would be able to take print of the COMEDK- 2015 Application Form. Also, a unique system generated application number would be assigned to the candidate. It is too kept safe till the admission is over.

COMEDK- 2015 Application Form Process

1. Open the official website of COMEDK to start with the form submission.
2. Click the appropriate link to open the application form.
3. Read all the necessary instructions.
4. After reading, press “ I Agree ” checkbox and click further.
5. Enter information in all the fields of Application Form of COMEDK UGET- 2015 as asked – personal, educational and communicational.
6. Verify all the fields and rectify if needed.
7. On submission of form, a six digit application number shall be assigned.
8. Keep it safe till the admission process is over.
9. Take printout of the application form.

COMEDK UGET- 2015 Application Fee Payment

1. Candidates have to pay fees to complete the application submission.
2. Fee is Rs.1200 for three subjects and Rs.1500 for four subjects.
3. It is to be paid thru DD drawn in favor of “COMEDK” by the nationalized bank mentioned in the Annexure I of the official brochure.
4. DD is payable at Bangalore.

COMEDK- 2015 Application Form Necessary Documents

Candidate has to send the printed copy of the application form with photocopies of all these documents.

Class- X mark sheet or school leaving certificate for date of birth evidence.

The category certificate / minority certificate if belonging to SC, ST, OBC of Karnataka state.

Online study certificate as prescribed by COMEDK with attestation from the head of the institute last attended i.e. class- XII or 2nd PUC.

Printed copy of the COMEDK- 2015 Application Form.

The category and minority certificate must be issued by the authorized authority.

Candidate must send the application form, photocopies to the address given below before April 2015, and the deadline.
