The Consortium is an attempt to provide single window admission to students of the country for the course of B.D.S and M.D.S in the self financed dental institutions of Gujarat on the basis of a single entrance exam with an aim of giving an equal opportunity to the entire student community of the country and in the process also impart an All India character to the member colleges of the Consortium. The Consortium of Self Financed Dental Colleges comprises of five Self Financed Dental Colleges of Gujarat. Consortium of Self Financed Dental Colleges ( CSFDC ) Dental Entrance Examination Application procedure– 2015

Consortium of Self Financed Dental Colleges ( CSFDC ) has announced Admission to the various Postgraduate Dental courses for the year 2015.

Admissions for the Consortium Institutions are based on the Entrance Examination ( AIPGDET ) conducted by CSFDC.

For AIPGDET Dental Entrance Examination:

Application Fee:

The brochure and application from are available for Rs.10000/- ( Form fee: Rs.1500/-, Entrance Exam fee: 8500/- ).

This is payable only by demand draft drawn in favor of “Consortium of Self Financed Dental Colleges ( CSFDC ) ” of nationalized / Scheduled bank payable at Ahmedabad.

The Candidate should write their name and address on the reverse side of the Demand draft.

Last date of availability / submission of application forms: 21^st January, 2015

A candidate desirous of appearing for All India Post Graduate Dental Entrance Test of this Consortium will be required to submit the application in the prescribed form along with attested copies of the documents in support of Applications.

The Form can also be downloaded from the Consortium official website. The downloaded form is to be submitted along with demand draft of Rs.10000 ( Form fee: Rs.1500/-, Entrance Exam fee: 8500/- ) drawn in favor of “Consortium of Self Financed Dental Colleges ( CSFDC ) ” of nationalized / Scheduled bank payable at Ahmedabad along with attested copies of the documents in support of Applications.

The Candidate should write their name and address on the reverse side of the Demand draft.

The last date of availability and receipt of completed application form along with the requisite documents and entrance test fees at the admission office of consortium at M.P Dental College is 3pm on 1^st February 2015.

It will be the responsibility of the candidate to ensure that his / her application reaches the office of the consortium within the specified time & date.

The application received after the due date or not accompanied by entrance test fee / supporting documents shall be rejected and such candidates shall not be allowed to appear for the entrance test.

The consortium will not be responsible for non-receipt of applications within the specified time and date due to postal or courier service today.
