Indra prastha University Common Entrance Test ( IPU CET )

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University is going to conduct Common Entrance Tests for various programmes. The University was establishing in 1998 by Govt. of NCT of Delhi. The University provides education in emerging areas of higher education with focus on professional education, for example engineering, technology, management studies, medicine, pharmacy, nursing, education, law, etc.

Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha University ( GGSIPU ), Delhi is conducting IPU CET 2015 for admissions to the various UG and PG Medical Courses ( MBBS, BDS, PGMC ). IPU CET 2015 is a hassle free common entrance test taken by the candidates who are seeking admissions to the Medical courses in GGSIPU. The IPU CET 2015 Medical Entrance Examination is conducted in an expeditious, systematic and transparent manner.

Counselling procedure for IPU CET Entrance Examination -2014

Counselling: Each Round will contain two phases:

IPU CET 2014 Counselling Phase 1:

Registration:

Registration fee payment from Third Week of June 2014 tentatively

Candidates have to enter the Course and the IPU CET 2014 Roll No

IPU CET 2014 Registration Fees: Rs 1000 non refundable

IPU CET 2014 Payment mode:

1. Net banking

2. Candidates can download and print the Indian Bank Challan.

Cash payment has to be made by the candidate at any Indian Bank branch.

Note: The Bank Challan copy has to be kept for further reference.

IPU CET 2014 Registration Form:

Candidates have to fill in the Bank Reference no (transaction ID/Challan No) in the online form after payment of the registration fees,

A Unique IPU CET 2014 ID will be generated after the fee payment is made and registration submitted.

Candidates are advised to print the Registration form after submission and note the Unique ID for logging in

IPU CET 2014 Counselling Phase 2: from July, 2014 tentatively

Registration Details:

Candidates must fill their particulars carefully. The Class XII marks also have to be entered along with other details.

IPU CET 2014 Choice Filling: The candidates must fill in the maximum number of choice in order of preference.

IPU CET 2014 Document Verification: Candidates will have to report for their document verification with the original certificates and a set of photocopies as follows

Class XII Marks Sheet and Certificate

IPU CET 2014 Admit Card

IPU CET Score Card

Category Certificate if applicable

PwD certificate if applicable

Conduct and Character Certificate from the Head of the Institution last studied in

Certifcate of Medical Fitness as specified

Two identical photographs

Note: All the originals will be returned except for the IPU CET 2014 Admit Card, Medical Certificate and Character Certificate.

IPU CET 2014 Seat Allotment:

The seats will be allotted as per the merit, category for the applicant as well as the availability of the seats. Candidates will have to check the list of provisionally selected candidates

The IPU CET 2014 Admission Fees of Rs 40,000 have to be paid in the Indian Bank branch after printing the admission slip for the same.

Conversion of reserved seats to General Category:

All the vacant seats reserved for SC, ST, DEF, PH, Minority, etc. will be converted to General Category after completion of the second round of the IPU CET 2014 Counselling

IPU CET 2014 Open House Counselling:

An Open House Counselling will be held only if there are vacant seats available after the second counselling.

Allotment of seats will be done as per the order of merit.

IPU CET 2014 Management Quota:

All IPU CET 2014 qualified candidates are eligible for the seats under this category.

Candidates who have taken admission during the IPU CET 2014 Counselling will not be eligible for these seats

Interested candidates have to furnish the original Admit Card for admission.
