The Application Form duly filled in all respect as per the directions given therein must be accompanied by non-refundable fee of Rs.7000/- by a demand draft in favour of "IQ City Medical College", drawn on any nationalized bank payable at Durgapur

These should be submitted by the candidate at either of the addresses latest by 25th August, 2014, 05.00 PM

Incomplete applications are liable to be rejected

Results of the candidates qualified for admission on the basis of merit shall be published the College Notice Board as well as made available on the college website only after 03.00 PM on 10th September, 2014

Documents Required

Please ensure whether the following certificates ( attested photocopies ) / items have been enclosed along with the Application Form duly filled in:

i) Marks Sheet (s) of the qualifying examination ( HSC / CBSE / ISC )

ii) Birth Certificate for proof of age (if date of birth is not given in the HSC Mark Sheet)

iii) Passport ( for NRI / Foreign students only )

iv) Also one recent photograph has to be pasted on the page of the Application Form and three other on the Admit Cards, all of which have to be duly signed by the candidates

v) Photo identity proof in the form of Class-X Admit Card or Certificate with attested photo from Head of Institution last studied or copy of Passport

h) Verification of original certificate will be made at the time of admission. Selected candidates will have to deposit all required certificates at the College. Therefore, candidates are advised to keep with them enough number of attested photocopies of their original certificates
