Lala Lajpat Rai, popularly known as “Punjab Kesri”, did his early legal practice at Hisar and also served as a Member and Secretary of the Hisar Municipality. The College of Veterinary Sciences and the College of Animal Sciences, earlier the constituent colleges of CCS Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar has now been incorporated in this newly established University.

The college of Animal Sciences is merged into College of Veterinary Sciences. The College has a glorious history of more than 60 years, since it was shifted to Hisar from Lahore ( Pakistan ). It is backed by an enviable tract record of academic excellence, cutting edge research and rendering quality services to the livestock of the state. Application Fees :

Exam Fees and counselling by all the candidates including NRI Fee shall have to be deposited

Rs. 2200/- for General Category

Rs. 550/- for SC / BC / SBC / EBPGC Categories

Rs. 3300/- Application Processing and Counselling fees for NRI and Foreign Nationals

How To Apply :

Read the prospectus carefully before filling the admission form.

The admission form will be available only on the website (www.luvas.edu.in) of the University.

The candidates seeking admission are to apply through online only.

The completed admission form should be submitted through online on or before the last date.

All entries, especially category for reservation benefits etc., should be properly filled in. Once the admission form is submitted, any change in category is not permissible.

Further, such candidates will be required to upload the latest certificate of category along with the online admission form.

Once admitted, the candidate will not be allowed to shift from NRI category to General Category seats. Fees wave off option is not applicable to NRI applicants of either sex.

Non-production of original documents and the self-attested copies at the time of counselling on his / her turn shall make a candidate ineligible for admission. No request in this respect will be entertained.

The candidate must bring at the time of counselling two unattested Pass Port size coloured photographs as uploaded on the admission form.

Attendance in person at the time of counselling, medical examination and registration is compulsory.
