Madhya Pradesh Dental and Medical Admission Test

Madhya Pradesh Dental and Medical Admission Test UG is abbreviated as MP DMAT. MP DMAT is the undergraduate entrance examination which is conducted by Association of Private Dental and Medical Colleges of Madhya Pradesh. Candidates who are willing to get their graduation degree in Dental, Medical, BPT, BSc Nursing and other allied paramedical courses are supposed to give MP DMAT entrance examination.

 

MP DMAT 2021 Offline Application Form

Offline application form details of MP DMAT :

  1. The candidates who are interested in filling the MP DMAT 2018 application form are informed that the application form will be available through both online and offline mode.
  2. The candidates can request the application form from the prescribed branches of State Bank of India (SBI) or may also obtain it from the participating colleges/Association office on the payment of Rs 750/- (For each course) by cash/DD.
  3. The application form will also be sent to the candidates via post by paying the application fee of Rs 850/- (For each course) through DD that must be drawn in favor of APDMC payable at Bhopal.
