MU OET Medical 2021 Application Form

Stage 1 – Online Registration

Access the official website of Manipal University and click the link corresponding to ‘new registration’. Provide all the basic details asked such as: First name, Middle name, Last name, Gender, Email ID, Mobile Number, Date of Birth, Program, Stream, Category, Country, State, City, and Nationality. Now, a mail for account and email ID verification will be sent to the candidate’s registered email ID. Candidate has to click the link in the mail sent by Manipal University for account verification.

Stage 2 – Contact Details Submission

Now, candidate has to access the official website again and login into his account by entering application ID and password correctly. The next step is to click the link for ‘MU OET 2018 Application’ and enter all the asked details such as: Address, Pin Code, City, State, Country, Mobile number, Alternate mobile number, Email ID, and Alternate Email ID. All the correspondence details in Application Form of Manipal OET 2018 shall be correct as Manipal University will be using these details for future communication.

Stage 3 – Details of Education Qualification

The next step is to enter all the educational qualification details in MU OET 2018 Application Form such as: School/ Institution Name, Qualifying Exam, Board/University, and Year of Passing (Month and Year). At this stage, candidate has to upload scanned images of signature and photograph in correct format and size. The size of photo and signature should be 8 x 8. These images can also be emailed to Manipal University on its email address i.e. admissions@manipal.edu.

Stage 4 – Program Selection

Candidate has to fill the details of course and choose exam centers for taking the exam in the MU OET 2018 Online Form. A minimum of two cities shall be picked for appearing in the MU OET 2018 Exam. Centers once chosen will not be allowed to change later.

Stage 5 – Payment Mode Selection

At this stage, choice of MU OET 2018 Application Form payment mode has to be made. The Fee will be Rs.600 for MU OET Application form Registration Fee and Rs.1400 for MU OET 2018 Entrance Examination Fee. There are two modes in which the candidate can pay application fee – online (debit/ credit card or net banking) and offline (Demand Draft). DD shall be made in favor of “Manipal University” payable at Udupi or Manipal. If the payment is made through DD, the details to be filled in MU OET Online Application are: DD Number, Date, Issuing Bank, and IFSC Code. On choosing online payment as mode, candidate will be redirected to an external site for payment.

Stage 6 – Confirmation of Application

Now, the last stage is to review the form for any error and thereafter, submit it. After submission, its printout must be taken on A4 size sheet for future reference. The candidates who choose DD as payment mode have to send printout of the application form and DD to ‘The Director, Admissions, Manipal University, Manipal – 576104’. Those who paid application fee in online mode need not send any document or MU OET 2018 Application Form printout to the above mentioned address.

Applicants can buy the application from the following banks:

1. SBI (State Bank India)
2. SB (Syndicate Bank) (or)
3. You can also send the Request for the application form (or)
4. Download the application form from the official site.
5. Pay the application fee in favour of Manipal University payable at Manipal.
6. Finally post the application form along with Demand Draft (DD) to the Manipal University address.
