NIMHANS 2021 Application Procedure

National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences ( NIMHANS ) Medical Entrance Examination Application Procedure- 2015

Application will be available online from 1st to 31st January 2015 only. A Candidate can apply for a maximum of three (3) courses only provided they are eligible. The Online application form involves the following process:

Online applications to be filled in block ( capital ) letters only.

The Declaration form should be downloaded, filled, signed, scanned and uploaded. This Declaration Form is mandatory.

Applicants from Foreign Universities / Countries must submit hard copy of their applications through the Diplomatic Channel ( through the Ministry of External Affairs ) in addition to Online application.

Applications without the following enclosures will be rejected without intimation.

Medical courses:

Final year Marks Sheet

Degree Certificate

Master’s Degree Certificate ( If applicable )

Master’s Degree Marks Sheet ( If applicable )

Attempt Certificate

Internship Completion Certificate

Registration Certificates

SSC Marks sheet

Caste Certificate in case of SC / ST / OBC category

Non Medical courses:

All the year / semester qualifying exam mark sheets

Degree Certificate

Caste Certificate in case of SC / ST / OBC category

Experience certificate ( if applicable )

Upload copies of all certificates in support of claims made.

Employees of the State / Central Government or Public Sector Undertaking of State / Central Government must send hard copy of their application through their employer in addition to Online application.

The Sponsorship / Deputation certificate should be downloaded, filled, signed, scanned and uploaded after duly filling the same with the signature of the employer.

Candidates eligible to take the Entrance Test should download their e-Hall Tickets which will be posted on the website. The Hall Tickets will not be sent by post.

Application fee

The application fee is Rs.1500/- per course for General candidates.

The application fee is Rs.1000/- per course for SC / ST candidates for each course.

Payment Mode

Payment can be made only using any Credit / Debit cards and / or online transfer. Other mode of payment including Demand Draft will not be accepted at any cost.

No hard copy should be sent. All the copies of self attested documents have to be uploaded along with the application.

Candidates called for counseling / interview will have to carry a hard copy of the application abstract along with copies of the certificates in addition to the Originals.
