SVU 2021 Application Procedure

Sumandeep Vidyapeeth ( SVU ) All India Common Entrance Test ( AICET ) Entrance Examination Application Procedure – 2015

For MBBS / BDS course:

A candidate who desire to appear for All India common Entrance Test of Sumandeep Vidyapeeth will require submitting an application in the prescribed form along with attested copies of the documents in support of application.

The application will also be available online. Please refer Sumandeep Vidyapeeth's Website www.sumandeepuniversity.co.in.

While submitting the application it should be with all necessary documents along with DD of Rs. 600/- in favor of Sumandeep Vidyapeeth, Vadodara as the cost of an application Form.

Application Fee :

The Entrance Test Fee is Rs.1500/-.

The fee is payable by cash or demand draft, drawn in favour of "Sumandeep Vidyapeeth" of nationalized / schedule bank,

payable at Piparia or Vadodara.

The candidate should write his / her name and address on the backside of the demand draft.

The last date of submission of duly filled application form along with requisite documents and entrance test fee at the office of

Sumandeep Vidyapeeth

Piparia up to 6.00 p.m. on Dt. 16/05/2015 and ( with late fee of Rs. 500/- ) up to on Dt. 19/05/2015.

It will be the responsibility of the candidate to ensure that his / her application reaches the office of the Registrar, Sumandeep Vidyapeeth within the specified time and date.

The attested copies of the following documents must be submitted along with application form for Entrance Test and originals should be submitted at the time of Admission.

Birth Certificate / School Leaving Certificate

S.S.C./ Equivalent Examination [ mark statement & certificate of passing ].

H.S.C. / Equivalent Examination [ mark sheet if already passed ] or at the time of counselling.

Bonafide certificate from the principal of the school.
