Tripura Medical College Entrance Exam ( TMCEE ) Post Graduate Medical Entrance Examination Counseling – 2015

For MD / MS Course:

1.The provisional common merit list will be available in the notice board of the TMC and in the website: www.tmc.nic.in. No information through personal communication will be send to the individual candidates. The candidates are to follow the local press advertisement as well as notification in the website of the Institution.

2. A Candidate will have to appear in person before the selection committee on the date of counseling; otherwise she / he will be marked absent and her / his candidature will stand cancelled. All selected candidates must submit their written attendance in time ( by11:00 am ) on the date of Counseling.

3. The Candidate will have the right to choose any one of the available seats at his / her rank at that point of time and the same will be allotted him / her, if other applicable criteria permit.

4. The allotment of seats, once made will be firm and final.

5.  In case of selection process the decision of the Permanent Committee headed by the Hon’ble High Court Justice ( Retired ) will be treated as final.

6.  No extension of admission time will be allowed under any circumstances.

7.  The Candidates who appear for counseling will have to bring the following documents in original along with attested copies of all relevant documents:

i) Admit Card of the Entrance Test.

ii) Pass Certificate of the SSLC / Madhyamik Examination as proof of age.

iii) Pass certificate of the MBBS Course

iv) Mark-sheet of each of the Professional Examinations of the MBBS course.

v) Internship Completion Certificate.

vi) Registration Certificate issued by MCI / State Medical Council.

vii) ST / SC certificate issued by the appropriate authority where applicable.

viii) BPL certificate ( if any ) from the competent authority.

ix) Permanent Resident Certificate of Tripura who applied as a candidate belongs to Tripura State.

(x) Proof of Indian Nationality.
