Uttar Pradesh Combined Pre - Medical Test ( UPCPMT )

UPCPMT (Uttar Pradesh Combined Pre-Medical Test) is a state level entrance test of Uttar Pradesh that is organized by the Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhayaya University (DDU), Kanpur.  UP CPMT is conducted for admission in medical, dental, homeopathy, ayurveda & unani courses. These courses are provided by the government & private colleges/Institution of the Uttar Pradesh. From the year 2016, it has been replaced by the NEET exam. The counselling for medical state quota seats will be organized by the DDU.   1. Candidates can get the UPCPMT Application Form 2017 from the official portal.
  2. Candidate can apply for the UP CPMT 2017 only through online process.
  3. The application form may be available from the April 2017 (tentative).
  4. The last date to fill the application form will be the May 2017 (tentative).
  5. After the form submission, candidate keeps the print copy of the filled application form for further reference.
