GPAT 2021 Application Form

NTA commences with GPAT 2019 registration process from, November 1. GPAT application forms are available online on the official website of the Agency.

Candidates who hold a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (4 years after 10+2, including lateral entry students) or equivalent from a recognised University are eligible to apply for GPAT 2019 exam. An aspirant who is in the final year of BPharma course is also eligible to fill GPAT online form 2019.

How to Fill GPAT 2019 Application Form? 

Candidates can apply online for GPAT 2019. No offline application form is available. The four steps are given below in detail:

Registration

• Aspirants can fill GPAT 2019 Application Form via online mode only.
• Go to the official NTA-GPAT website, i.e, www.ntagpat.nic.in
• Click on ‘New Registration’ button to start registering for GPAT 2019.
• Fill required particulars such as name, email ID, a valid phone number, etc.
• Details should match with information on official records and documents
• During registration, candidates can set preferences for a maximum of 3 exam cities.
• Verify all the information carefully and click on ‘Submit” button.
• A user ID and password are sent to the provided Email ID and the Phone number. Obtain the 6-digit password and the ID.
• Once successfully registered, you can proceed for the next steps.

Paying the Application Fee

• Log in using registered email ID and Password produced in the registration procedure.
• Once signed in, you have to pay GPAT 2019 application fee first.
• Choose a payment mode according to your convenience.
• GPAT 2019 application fees can be paid in both offline and online mode.
• Unreserved and OBC male candidates have to pay INR 1400 and others have to pay INR 700.
• Bank and additional charges may apply.

Offline Fee Payment:

• If a candidate chooses an offline mode for paying GPAT 2019 application fee, he/she is redirected to a new page.
• The offline payment can be made only in State Bank of India. Nearest branch to your house will be favorable.
• Generate the E-Challan of SBI.
• Take a print out of the challan on a white paper.
• Fill the necessary details on the challan produced and approach the bank.
• The fee can be paid in any branch of the bank.
• After paying the application fees at the bank, you get an e-receipt or Student’s Copy.
• Keep the copy safe for future motives.

Online Fee Payment:

• If a candidate chooses an online mode for fee payment, she/he is redirected to a page with new options.
• Choose the payment option as per your suitability.
• GPAT 2019 application fee can be paid using Debit card, Credit Card or through online Net Banking.
• Additional charges may apply.
• Once the fee is successfully paid, a fee receipt is generated.
• Download the receipt and take a print out.
• Save the print out for future reasons.

Filling the Form

• You have to fill other personal details like Guardian’s name, Mother’s name, Gender etc.
• Then, type your educational qualification details, about the Bachelor’s Degree mainly.
• Enter your address and other contact info; this will be used for communication purposes.
• Carefully check the data you provided in the form.

Uploading the Documents

• After you have filled all the particulars asked in the previous steps, you have to upload the needed documents.
• Upload your recent passport size photograph and signature.
• The scanned images should be in the format suggested in GPAT 2019 Information Brochure.
• Click on ‘Save and Continue’ to save your application form and move to the next step.
• Check the details carefully as once submitted no change is allowed.
