Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research ( IGIDR ) is an advanced research institute established and fully funded by the Reserve Bank of India for carrying out research on development issues from a multi-disciplinary point of view. IGIDR had announced the Entrance Examination for Doctoral Programme ( Ph.D ). Ph.D Aspirants have to attend the online test conducted by university for the Ph.D Admission. Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for the Academic year-2015.

IGIDR 2021 Features

Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research ( IGIDR ) PhD Entrance Examination Selection Procedure-2015:

All candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in an Online test and an interview.

The Online test will be separate for M.Sc. and M.Phil./Ph.D. candidates.

The Online test for both M.Sc. and M.Phil./Ph.D. will emphasize general aptitude, analytical ability and mathematical skills at appropriate levels.

In addition M.Sc. students will have the option of answering a section either on Economics or Mathematics at the undergraduate level.
