ASSAM PAT 2021 Counselling Procedure

ASSAM PAT 2019 Counselling Procedure:

Exam authorities will conduct the counselling of Assam PAT 2019 in centrally and in offline mode for short-listed candidates; eligible candidates therefore have to be physically present for the counselling session. Assam PAT 2019 counselling will be held as per the merit rank of the candidate and branch opted for admission at the time of interview. Assam PAT 2019 seat allotment will be category specific. The date and venue of Assam PAT counselling will be declared alongside the result – in the last session counselling was conducted from the 3^rd week of June onwards.

At the time of Assam PAT counselling 2019, the candidate needs to bring along originals of all documents, and also photocopies. It is important that candidates participating in the counselling process passes the document verification process, or they will not be considered for admission.

Documents to be submitted during Assam PAT 2019 Counselling (Assam Polytechnic)

• Mark sheet of qualifying examinations passed.
• Admit Card or Certificate of the Board/University as proof of age 
• Character certificate 
• GAP certificate (if applicable)
• Caste certificate (if applicable)
• Candidates seeking admission under Moran community quota must produce the certificate from Assam Moran Sabha countersigned by DC/ADC/SDO (Civil) of the concerned district.
• Certificate from Director of Sports, Assam and proof of representing State if admission is sought against Sport and NCC quota
• Freedom Fighter category certificate (both Paternal & Maternal).
• Certificate from the Director, Rayiik Sainik Board, Assam if applied against the category of retired defence personnel.
• Certificate from the employer, if applied against Central Government employees quota.
• PWD candidates need to submit a document issued by the Social Welfare Department. Minimum disability requirement is 40% and not exceeding 80%.
