North East Frontier Railway

North East Frontier Railway has its historical roots in the former Assam Railways & Trading Company, Assam Bengal Railways, and Eastern Bengal Railways. The Assam Bengal Railways had the largest contribution to make in the formation of the present-day N. F. Railway. North East Frontier Railway, Guwahati, is recruiting 1230 candidates for Group-D posts. Eligible candidates, from all over India, can apply for the vacancies on prescribed application format prepared on plain paper. The Application form may be sent by Ordinary post. Qualification norms, eligibility criteria and brief details are given below. Eligible applicants have to apply via application format on or before 21st October 2017.

North East Frontier Railway 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Criteria: Candidates should possess SSC (10th class) or ITI or its equivalent form recognized university.

Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18 years to 33 years as on date 01-01-2017.

Candidates who are belonging to the reservation category can claim for the age relaxation limit as per the government rules. Below, we have mentioned the upper age relaxation in years for the reserved category. So, candidates can check the given RRB Age Relaxation details.

  1. OBC: 03 years.
  2. SC/ ST: 05 Years.
  3. PWD: 10 Years.
