CH Muhammed Koya Scholarship can be applied through online mode only. This scholarship offered to only the Muslim girls who are domiciled in Kerala State. This scholarship helps these community students of Kerala to complete their higher education.
This Scholarship is named in honor of the former Chief Minister C.H. Mohammed Koya of Kerala. Muslim Girls who were not able to apply in the first year can apply in the succeeding years. However, they will be considered only for the year in which they applied for the scholarship/ stipend. So, eligible girl students can apply online for the Fresh and Renewal Scholarship Applications 2019-20. The applications for this scholarship will be available only on the official website of DMW, Govt of Kerala.

Eligibility/Qualifications
Candidates must fulfill the following eligibility conditions:
The student must belong to the Muslim, Latin or Converted Christian Community.
Students must be a domicile of Kerala State.
Students must be a Girl student studying for graduation or higher courses in Govt/Aided institutions.
Students who have given the Common Entrance Examinations and got admission to self-financing colleges from the merit seat are also eligible.
Students must have secured at least 50% marks in the qualifying examinations.
The student’s family income should not be more than 8 Lakhs per annum.
Students who apply for hostel stipend must be staying in recognized hostels.
Students who are eligible for the hostel stipend will not be eligible for the scholarship.
Students must have a bank account in any recognized bank to receive the scholarship amount.

How to Apply
Go to the official website of DMW, Govt of Kerala.
Click on the ‘Types of Scholarship’ appear on the homepage.
Then, read the instructions and click on ‘Apply Online’ to fill the Student Online Registration Form.
After this, enter your matriculation exam details, personal details, permanent address details, etc.
Click on ‘Submit’ to complete the Student Online Registration Form.
But, if you have already registered, then login with registration Id, date of birth, password and select Fresh/Renewal.
Fill the correct and valid information in the CH Muhammed Koya Scholarship Application Form.
Upload the scanned copy of the supporting documents.
Then, submit the CH Muhammed Koya Scholarship application along with the supporting documents.
Take a printout of the registration form.
Submit it along with the supporting documents to the verifying officer of your institution.
Click on the ‘Types of Scholarship’ appear on the homepage.

PostGraduations - Amount (Yearly)-Rs. 6000/-
Professional Courses - Amount (Yearly)-Rs. 7000/-

A contingency grant of INR 12,000 (for initial 2 years) and INR 25,000 (for the remaining 3 years) per annum for Science.
