National Overseas Scholarship for Minority Community Students - Karnataka
QB365 Provides the information about Run by the Directorate of Minorities, Government of Karnataka, the scholarship is applicable for graduates, postgraduates and PhD scholars of Karnataka domicile who also belong to the Minority Community. The selected scholars under this scheme can receive financial aid of up to INR 20 Lakh for up to 2 years to pursue higher studies abroad.

Eligibility/Qualifications
This Karnataka scholarship scheme is meant for students of Karnataka who belong to SC/ST category to allow them to pursue their masters and PhD level of studies abroad. Functional under the Social Welfare Department of Government of Karnataka, the scheme offers up to 100% financial assistance to selected students for their studies abroad.
The students of the Minority community (Muslims, Christians, Jains, Buddhists, Sikhs and Parsis) can apply for the scholarship.
The scholarship is applicable for Master’s, PhD, and Postdoctoral degrees.
Your age should not be more than 38 years from the commencement of the course.
The marks scored in the last degree should be 60% or its equivalent grade.
The scholarship is applicable for selective courses only.
