Pre-Matric Scholarship for Minorities of Karnataka
QB365 Provides the information about scholarship scheme is being offered by the Directorate of Minorities, Government of Karnataka to encourage the students belonging to minority community to continue their education without any financial constraint. The students of class 1st to 10th who have obtained 50% or more scores in the previous examination can apply for this scholarship. The scholarship covers the admission fee, tuition fee and maintenance allowance.

Eligibility/Qualifications
This Karnataka scholarship scheme is meant for students of Karnataka who belong to SC/ST category to allow them to pursue their masters and PhD level of studies abroad. Functional under the Social Welfare Department of Government of Karnataka, the scheme offers up to 100% financial assistance to selected students for their studies abroad.
The scheme is applicable for Minority community students.
The percentage of marks obtained by the student in previous annual examination should be more than 50%. (Not applicable for students of class 1st)
The students who are domicile of Karnataka but studying in some other state can apply.
The students belonging to other states who are studying in Karnataka cannot apply.
The family income of the applicant should not be more than INR 1 Lakh from all sources.
