Vitasta School of Law and Humanities

Vitasta School of Law and Humanities is the old Sanskrit name of the Jhelum River that flows throughout the length of the Kashmir valley and through heart of Srinagar city. The name signifies a continuous flow of knowledge over the centuries. It stands for both continuity and rejuvenation. This is the spirit with which the Vitasta School has been established.

The Vitasta School is headed by the Principal with whom are associated the deans of the law and humanities streams who together lead the academic affairs of the college. The School Director deals with the day to day administrative matters of the institution.
